Berfu Handan Dağlı was born in Ankara in 1994. She graduated from Istanbul Arel University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Psychology in 2017. She wrote her undergraduate thesis to examine the relationship between cognitive distortions, depression and anxiety.
In 2019, she worked as an administrative staff and guidance teacher at En College, and between 2020-2022 at the Science Prep School.
In 2022, she received Başkent University-approved Family Counseling training and Gaziosmanpaşa University-approved Forensic Psychology training. In 2023, she completed Istanbul Arel University-approved Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Child-Adolescent Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Play Therapy training.
